Conveniently and securely pay your business’s bills through Business Online Banking with Bill Pay- no stamp or trip to the post office required! You must be enrolled in Business Online Banking to utilize Bill Pay. If you’re not already enrolled, do so now by contacting your local Riverside Bank of Dublin branch.

Bill Pay is free with one bill payment processed each month, otherwise there is a monthly charge of $4.95.

eStatements

Go Paperless! Our eStatements are free for all your Riverside Bank of Dublin business accounts. eStatements are easily accessible located together in Online Banking, as well as you’ll receive them quicker without any mail delay.

To enroll, log in to Online Banking and complete the following steps:

1. Choose the account(s) to enroll in eStatements (go to Profile, find Electronic Statements and click Edit)
2. Open the PDF Federal E-Sign Act Disclosure and Consent and make note of the confirmation code at the bottom
3. Check the Federal E-Sign Act Box and type in the confirmation code
4. Click Enroll

Mobile Deposit

Have a check to deposit and can’t get to the bank? Deposit checks made out to you via your Riverside Bank of Dublin Mobile Banking app anytime it’s convenient for you!

How it works

• Check must be payable to you, third party checks are not accepted
• Review our Suggested Best Practices for tips on using Mobile Deposit
• Endorse your check (If it’s not properly endorsed your deposit may be delayed or rejected.)
  • Sign Your Name
  • Write “For Mobile Deposit Only to RSB”
  • Add the date of the deposit
• Log in to your Mobile Banking App, select the “Deposit” icon from the menu options, select “New Mobile Deposit”
• Choose which account you’d like to deposit into and key in the amount of the check
• Take a picture of the front and back of your check, and submit the deposit
  • Take photo in a well-lit area; with no shadows across the check
  • Place the check on a solid dark background
  • Keep your phone flat and steady above the check while taking photo and make sure image is not blurring before taking photo
  • Ensure all four corners of the check are visible and MICR line on the bottom of the check is readable
• Confirm deposit
  • Cutoff time is 4pm EST
